Australian Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) – Gender Pay Gap Statement

As an employer in Australia, we report annually to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). In March 2023, the Workplace Gender Equality Amendment (Closing the Gender Pay Gap) Bill 2023 was introduced, whereby all participating Australian companies have their Gender Pay Gap published annually and have the opportunity to provide a statement.
