GestioneAlbergo has integrated its property management system (PMS), Leonardo, with SiteMinder’s distribution technology to enable hotel reservations made via online booking websites to be delivered straight to a hotel’s front desk.
The integration eliminates the need for hotels to manually input booking information into their management system, thereby ensuring accuracy of each reservation detail and giving hoteliers more time to focus on their guests.
