The partnership follows the easing of travel restrictions throughout Europe in recent weeks, which have seen bookings on Pitchup.com increase 540% in the last three weeks, including nearly 980% in Spain and 560% in the UK. The online travel agency estimates that staycations could increase globally by over 50% in the next 18 months, due to both international restrictions and a growing reluctance to travel abroad.
