Global online distribution company, SiteMinder, has expanded in the USA with the South Beach Group of hotels in Florida choosing SiteMinder’s industry leading Channel Manager to automatically connect its Property Management System (PMS) with the world’s leading booking websites.
The group of 12 boutique hotels in popular Miami chose SiteMinder after extensive research into the most effective way for the group to distribute inventory to leading booking sites while reducing costs in the process.
SiteMinder’s Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for EMEA and the Americas, Erik Munoz, said the South Beach Group was the latest in a growing list of North American customers seeking SiteMinder’s software solutions in the accommodation industry.

Mr Munoz said SiteMinder’s Channel Manager would automatically send live availability from South Beach Group’s PMS directly to online booking sites around the world. The Channel Manager would then deliver bookings from those sites automatically back into South Beach Group’s PMS, saving hours of manual labour and costs, with SiteMinder customers paying low, flat, monthly fees for the service.
