Expansion of London Office with Two New Senior Appointments

Online distribution company, SiteMinder, has expanded its London office with two new senior appointments that will help the company with its rapid growth in Europe.

Jason Lewis has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the Europe, Middle East and African markets while Cassian Silins has taken his chair as Head of Sales for Northern Europe.

SiteMinder’s Executive Director, Global Sales and Marketing, David Williams, said the two newly created positions in the UK office, which now boasted staff of 25, reflected the company’s success as one of the major players in online distribution for the accommodation market in Europe.

“SiteMinder has grown rapidly since launching in 2006, connecting thousands of hotels around the world with dozens of leading international booking websites. Of all our global markets, the UK and Europe, serviced from our London office, (opened 2010), are currently experiencing the strongest growth,” Mr Williams said.

“We welcome to our international team Jason and Cassian who have been tasked to capitalise on our growth in Europe in line with our ambitious global expansion plans that will see SiteMinder cement its place as one of the most trusted and influential distribution platforms available.”

Mr Williams said both Mr Lewis and Mr Silins offered SiteMinder a wealth of experience in hotel distribution space in Europe.
