The future online distribution of 26 boutique hotels from the Malmaison and Hotel du Vin brands in the
United Kingdom will be powered by global CRS distributor, SiteMinder, following the signing of a new
partnership designed to boost online revenue for the twin hotel brands.
Twelve Malmaison hotels, described by the UK chain as ‘hotels that dare to be different’, and
fourteen ‘quintessentially British’ properties belonging to sister brand, Hotel du Vin, have chosen the
SiteMinder Channel Manager to automate and streamline the most powerful online distribution process
by connecting their Opera Central Reservation System, ORS, and Revenue Management System, IDeaS
to multiple online booking channels.
Head of Sales for SiteMinder in the UK, Bernhard Ballin, said the complete, ‘holistic’ integration will
facilitate strong online market growth for Malmaison Hotels and Hotel du Vin.
