An expanded awards format in line with brand growth

Launched in 2021, the SiteMinder Partner Awards were created to spotlight the hospitality businesses and individuals whose contributions are invaluable to hoteliers and accommodation providers around the world. What’s new in the 2026 SiteMinder Partner Awards
As with previous years, the 2026 awards are divided into two main categories: Excellence Awards and Performance Awards.
- The Excellence Awards are judged by an expert panel from across the industry.
- The Performance Awards are determined through a points-based system and performance criteria drawn from real results within the SiteMinder ecosystem.
In 2026, we’re evolving the program to reflect both SiteMinder’s growth and the changing needs of hoteliers:
- Our Innovation Award is evolving into the AI Innovation Partner of the Year, sharpening its focus on the partners who are leading the way in AI and automation.
- A community favourite, the Rising Star Partner of the Year, is making a comeback, giving high-impact new partners their moment in the spotlight.
- Our Performance Awards continue to recognise excellence across PMS, apps, distribution, experts, and resellers – including regional recognition, so partners in ANZ, Asia, the Americas, and EMEA can be celebrated locally as well as globally.

PMS Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing PMS partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
This award recognises property management system partners that drive adoption, deliver reliable connectivity, and help hotels run their operations more efficiently through their integration with SiteMinder.
Expert Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing Expert Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
Regional awards will be presented to partners in:
