Relaunching bigger, better, and brighter in 2024, this year we’re thrilled to extend our awards program to our entire partner network. For the first time, every partner is eligible to win.
Excellence Awards
Innovation Partner of the Year
Awarded to the partner who has demonstrated exceptional creativity, originality, and forward-thinking in developing solutions or services that drive innovation within the industry.
Entry is by submission only. To be eligible for an Excellence Award, the Partner must:
- be an Active Partner on the Partner Program, a live partner on the App Store, or a technically integrated Distribution Partner with SiteMinder before 6 October 2024;
- be in Good Standing at the Announcement Date.
- Explain how they have demonstrated exceptional creativity, originality, and forward-thinking in developing solutions or services that drive innovation within the industry.

Partner of the Year

Awarded to the partner who has made the most significant breakthroughs in terms of growth, market penetration, and/or technological advancement within their respective areas of expertise.
Entry is by submission only. To be eligible for an Excellence Award, the Partner must:
- be an Active Partner on the Partner Program, a live partner on the App Store, or a technically integrated Distribution Partner with SiteMinder before 6 October 2024;
- be in Good Standing at the Announcement Date.
- Explain how they have made the most significant breakthroughs in terms of growth, market penetration, and/or technological advancement within their respective areas of expertise.

Partner of the Year

Awarded to the partner who has earned the most votes from hoteliers for providing outstanding products and/or services that significantly enhance a hotel’s ability to deliver great guest experiences, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
Entry is by submission only. To be eligible for an Excellence Award, the Partner must:
- be an Active Partner on the Partner Program, a live partner on the App Store, or a technically integrated Distribution Partner with SiteMinder before 6 October 2024;
- be in Good Standing at the Announcement Date.
- Earn the most votes from hoteliers for providing outstanding products and/or services that significantly enhance a hotel’s ability to deliver great guest experiences, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction.

Performance Awards
PMS Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing PMS Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
- Have joined the Partner Program as a PMS Partner on or before 24 April 2024.
- Be an active Partner, and be in good standing during the Promotion Period and the period between the Promotion Period and the Announcement Date.
Expert Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing Expert Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
- Have joined the Partner Program as a Expert Partner on or before 24 April 2024.
- Be an active Partner, and be in good standing during the Promotion Period and the period between the Promotion Period and the Announcement Date.
App Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing App Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
- Have joined the Partner Program as an App Partner on or before 24 April 2024.
- Be an active Partner, and be in good standing during the Promotion Period and the period between the Promotion Period and the Announcement Date.
- For each mutual customer we share (no limit), you are awarded 1 point.
Distribution Partner of the Year

Awarded to the best performing Distribution Partner based on growth of active hotels
- Awarded to the best performing Distribution Partner measured on growth of active hotels during the Competition Period with a minimum of 1,000 active properties at the start of the current Competition Period.

About the SiteMinder Partner Awards
Launched in 2021, the SiteMinder Partner Awards were created to honour the commitment and innovation of partners in the hotel technology industry.
SiteMinder recognised that no awards body or organisation was celebrating these individuals and businesses, so we chose to change that. Ensuring those standout partners were awarded for their commitment to making the lives of hoteliers across the world easier.

- You must be an Active Partner on the Partner Program, a live partner on the App Store, or a technically integrated Distribution partner with SiteMinder before 6 October 2024;
- Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on 6 October 2024.
- If referencing a client/customer, please request their permission before submitting,
- Submission can only be submitted for consideration one time. The same entry can’t be submitted to the same category in the same year and/or the same entry can’t be submitted to multiple categories.
- You can submit as many unique entries each year and/or categories as you want.

There’s no need to apply for the Performance Awards — entries are automatic, and we evaluate you against points-based criteria. Just make sure you check the criteria for each award to see if you qualify first.
The Excellence Awards require a submission, and will be judged by a panel of influential individuals in the industry.
