After three years of ongoing success and fanfare, the SiteMinder Partner Awards are back bigger and better in 2024.
Established to recognise hospitality businesses and individuals whose contributions and support are invaluable to hoteliers and accommodation providers, the awards are a highlight on the calendar each year as all corners of the industry come together to celebrate.
The SiteMinder Partner Awards are a great resource for both customers and partners:

With the awards closing in October and the winners being announced in November, now is the perfect time to get involved.
Updates to the 2024 SiteMinder Partner Awards
As in prior years, the 2024 awards will feature two categories, Excellence and Performance, but there are now four awards to be won in each after an additional award was added to the Performance category.
The individual awards have also been revamped to better reflect the dynamic nature of SiteMinder’s platform and brand mission, and also to ensure each award has its own unique qualities, making winners feel truly accomplished.
Winners for Excellence awards will be decided by an astute panel of judges from within the industry, while the Performance awards will be won via a voting and points system.

Innovation Partner of the Year
Awarded to the partner who has demonstrated exceptional creativity, originality, and forward-thinking in developing solutions or services that drive innovation within the industry. This award recognises partners who consistently push boundaries and introduce novel approaches to problem-solving.
Breakthrough Partner of the Year (New in 2024)
Presented to the partner who has made the most significant strides in terms of growth, market penetration, or technological advancement within the specified period. This award celebrates partners who have successfully disrupted the status quo and achieved remarkable breakthroughs in their respective areas of expertise.
Hotelier’s Choice Partner of the Year (New in 2024)
Recognises the partner who has earned the most votes from hoteliers for providing outstanding products or services that significantly enhance a hotel’s ability to deliver great guest experiences, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction. This award reflects partners’ ability to meet the unique needs and demands of the hospitality industry.
Revenue Partner of the Year (New in 2024)
Awarded to the partner who has demonstrated exceptional performance in generating revenue and driving business growth for their customers and clients. This award recognises partners who excel in delivering measurable results and maximising profitability through strategic collaborations and innovative tactics.

PMS Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing PMS Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
Expert Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing Expert Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
App Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing App Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.

Awarded to the best performing Distribution Partner, measured on growth of active hotels.
