Cabañas Kwepal officially launched in 2022, during a period of strong domestic and international travel recovery. Initially, bookings were handled manually across multiple OTAs and direct channels.

Every time a reservation came in, Natascha had to log into each platform individually to verify availability before confirming.

“I was basically flying around all the platforms to make sure everything was okay before confirming a booking,” she explains. “It was very ‘Flintstones-style’. And from the Flintstones, I’ve now moved into the modern era I’d been looking for.”
