We are thrilled to introduce the first ever SiteMinder Partner of the Year Awards.
Although we have had years of practice in acknowledging the leaders, innovators and disruptors in our industry, we believe that it’s time they are recognised more widely outside of SiteMinder, especially those in our Partner Program and our Hotel App Store.
SiteMinder’s reach encompasses 160 countries, and our Partner Program plugs into the thousands of PMS providers and Expert consultants to support them to achieve more, and in turn uplift our industry. Our App partners provide innovative, forward-thinking technology to improve customer experience and benefit hoteliers and accommodation providers.
The award difference
We launched the Partner Program during 2020, a year like no other. We believe that this turbulent period serves as a reason why this year, more than ever, the success and resilience of our partners deserved to be recognised. This is only the beginning of a long legacy of award-winners and industry acknowledgement as we plan to make these awards an annual event going forward.
We won’t just crown the winners based on numerical data. We’re looking deeper. Our Excellence Awards are an opportunity to spotlight our partner’s unique services. Our aim is to demonstrate the impact our partners have, to showcase their tireless work and how they go above and beyond in order to ensure their customers and communities’ success.
The award categories
We will be announcing the winners at our very first Partner of the Year (virtual) Awards ceremony on 23 November 2021. Entries will be open until 17 October 2021, with the finalists announced at the beginning of November.
There are two award categories open to SiteMinder Partner Program members and Hotel App Store partners: Excellence & Performance.
With a total of six different awards this year, all awards recognise our partners for their unwavering contribution to the industry.
Excellence Awards:
Decided by a panel of influential industry leaders, there will be three Excellence Awards:
- Innovation Partner of the Year
- Industry Champion of the Year
- Rising Star of the Year
Nominations for the Excellence Awards are by submission only.
Performance Awards:
Based on annual performance, there will be three awards in this category:
- Property Management System or PMS Partner of the Year
- Expert Partner of the Year
- App Partner of the Year
All partner program members and Hotel App Store partners automatically qualify for the Performance Awards, no submission required.
The winner’s circle
The growth opportunities are endless for those ready to throw their hat in the ring. For partners that win an award, they are recognised by SiteMinder and the broader industry as a leading product or service for hoteliers.
